The Woodstock Inn & Resort: Dining

Episode 3: Get Lost in Woodstock, Vermont The Woodstock Inn has legendary dining which attracts foodies from far & wide to taste their gourmet dishes and rustic comfort food. The on-staff Plantscape Architect is in charge of growing much of the vegetables, herbs and fruits that inspire the chefs and are found in many of the dishes. What isn't grown in their greenhouses or gardens, are sourced locally from New England specialty purveyors and the freshness speaks for itself in every bite and sip! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at the Red Rooster and tehir weekend brunch is an especially decadent affair. But if you want a casual bite or a cocktail by the fire, I love Richardsons Tavern--it's so cozy!
