Thailand: Blissful City
This short film—which was part of a worldwide film challenge to promote lesser-known destinations and sights in Thailand—presents the province of Buriram from the vantage point of a moving train and Prasat Phanom Rung, a temple on the rim of an extinct volcano.
Everything about Thailand inspires filmmaker Jiajie Yu Yan. In fact, during the shooting of “Thailand: Blissful City,” he and his team ran into problems simply because everywhere they turned was another stunning landmark or natural wonder to pick and choose from. And with only five days to shoot, there was simply not enough time to be lost in the beauty of the world around them. But you can, by watching “Thailand: Blissful City.”
Prasat Phanom Rung in the early morning light ingite your desire to travel? Don't forget to add the temple to your profile.
