We decided to take a 5 day road trip through the country of Oman - discovering one of the most untouched and authentic places we've ever been. We drove through their biggest cities, isolated mountain villages, all while seeing goats and camels galore.
Zanzibar and India have heavy handed influences in Omani cuisine, resulting in absolutely delicious food everywhere you go.
